Managing a non-profit comes with a lot of responsibility. Many organizations have a CEO, CSO, and additional executives that all work cohesively to help raise awareness or help people in need. When a person is conducting research on behalf of a non-profit it’s important to remember that they are doing it as volunteers. These workers are not getting paid millions of dollars for their valuable time. Most, if not all, non-profit workers have extremely excellent time management skills. If volunteers are dedicating their additional time outside of their already hectic schedules, the organization is key. Many people like Alexander Djerassi are very organized. In order to run a successful business, everyone has to be on the same page and help is much appreciated in all aspects of the organization. One of the best things about non-profits is the dedicated volunteers have to serve communities. It’s rare to see people be so resilient and kind nowadays.
