October is breast cancer awareness month and Thursday night (October 22nd) at Washington International Horse Show is dedicated to the cause. WIHS welcomes back charity partner Capital Breast Care Center (CBCC) for the third year in a row.
A ‘pink ribbon jump’ will be prominently placed in the ring recognizing the importance of breast cancer research, testing and awareness. This year’s generous donor is Tryon International Equestrian Center. Tryon International Equestrian Center will donate $250 every time the pink jump is cleared* during WIHS’ International Gambler’s Choice Costume Class. All donations will benefit Capital Breast Care Center and their mission.
