Verdura Fine Jewelry began creating beautiful baubles and statement pieces in the early 20th century when original designer Duke Fuldo di Vedura joined his friend CoCo Chanel in Paris and began resetting CoCo’s gemstones into more bold settings for daytime wear. As costume balls became the rage in the 1920’s, so did the jewelry line. Since then, the bracelets, rings, necklaces and earrings have been worn by Joan Crawford, Princess Diana,  and many others.
