Dewdrop Hosts A Spring Swap And Shop In Arlington
Springtime is here, and that can only mean one thing for us fashionistas- Spring Cleaning! Making space in our overly stuffed closets for trendier items is a yearly tradition, except this year we’re adding a green twist.
On Saturday, April 21st, Dewdrop will host a fun Spring Swap and Shop at Hilton Arlington from 12:00-3:00 pm. Bring your gently used Spring or Summer clothing, shoes, and/or accessories and exchange it for a bag full of stylish like-new items from fellow fashionistas like yourself. To avoid waiting in line, you can drop off your items anytime from noon to 1:30 pm.
The best part is that whatever items are not picked up, will be donated to the Goodwill of Greater Washington. So not only will you look fabulous in your new wardrobe, but you’ll feel great knowing that it’s going towards a great cause.
In this Swap and Shop, everyone wins, especially your wallet! For only $10 and 5 or more donated items, you can score big by bringing home as many items as you want. Everything will be sorted by size: XS/S/M/L/XL and Plus sizes, so you’ll have more time looking for that perfect item.
If you want to add brand new items into your new swap collection, there will also be local apparel and accessory companies lined up for your shopping pleasure. Companies that will be at Saturday’s event include: Brown Sugar Designs, Charmed Boutique, Closet Junkie Boutique, Elan Renegade Vintage, Grace & Lux, Lola Ro Jewelry, Snob Swap, Stella & Dot, and Trendsetter Jewelry Designs.
Only bring items that you would want to give your best friend. Soiled clothing, clothes with holes, tears, or runs will not be accepted. Please no t-shirts, bathing suits, PJ’s, or undergarments. This is one fashion event you don’t want to miss!
